Exatek began in 2007 as Burgess One Pty Ltd. It was founded by Ian Burgess, who has been a stalwart in the field of Information Technology since 1991. Ever since, we have established ourselves as one of the most trusted names for computer repairs and IT solutions in Sydney, and fixed more than a few computers along the way.
We are passionate about delivering great Information Technology services to our customers.
Exatek Fees and Charges
A call out fee of $33 applies to all on site work. This fee will be waived for people on a pension.
If you’re having financial difficulties, we offer discounts on a case-to-case basis.
We also offer discounts for jobs that are over 3 hours long.

A Minimum of 1 Hour will be charged for any onsite work. After that, you will be billed in 15 minute increments.
