FAQ
How long is your Warranty?
Warranty is 1 year manufactor's warranty which means any
parts that go faulty in this time will be replaced by the manufactor.
If you would like you are welcome to leave the computer with us
and we will be happy to replace it for you.
What are my payment methods?
Payment methods are
Cash, Cheque or Direct Debit. Funds must be cleared before goods
leave the workshop for security reasons.
How long till I will recieve my computer?
Normal turn around time is from 3 - 5 working days. This gives us
time to order the computer parts into our workshop, build the computer
as instructed, install the software and perform a quality checklist
which invloves Windows update's and other procedures to ensure
you get the most out of your computer.
What is the quality of your computers and where
are they built?
Our computers are built locally in our Workshop with highly trained
technician's who know how to get the maximum performance out
of your quality Hardware. As you can see we list the computer part
model, and manufactor to show you exactly what you are getting.
